Know Anything? Hit-Run Driver At Large After Killing Pedestrian In MD On New Year's Day

A hit-and-run driver remains at large after a Maryland crash that claimed the life of a pedestrian on New Year’s Day.

Prince George’s County Police responded to the crash near Landover Road and Neighbor Lane and found an unresponsive man in the roadway around 8:45 p.m. on Monday night, authorities said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and has not been identified.

Investigators believe the driver was heading northbound on Landover Road before fatally striking the man and speeding off.
